COURTHOUSE REPAIRS

These projects will provide the County’s Courts the appropriate space to operate effectively and maintain the County’s standards. It will allow the County to continue to provide safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities for employees, residents, and visitors.


PROJECT GOALS:

  • Conduct various repairs and enhancements to the Collier County Courthouse facility; with the goal of providing safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities for employees, residents, and visitors of Collier County
  • Expand the functionality of the space in the County’s Court House Building
  • Modernize the facility

PROJECT FEATURES:

Consists of over 37 individual Courthouse related maintenance subprojects

Subprojects include:

  • Flooring replacements
  • Structural repairs
  • Painting and building envelope sealing
  • Elevator improvements and modernizations
  • Wholesale building LED re-lamping
  • Security Upgrades

COSTS AND FUNDING:

  • Total project cost is estimated at $2.5 M
  • Current budgeted funding in the next five (5) years is approximately $1.8 M
  • The current shortfall is $700 K
